These Terms & Conditions outline the policies governing appointments, consultations, treatments, payments, memberships, and the use of our website.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or using our services, you acknowledge the applicable terms communicated to you before your booking or purchase.
We encourage all clients to review these terms carefully to ensure a clear and comfortable experience at our clinic.
1. General Information
Ponsarin Clinic is an aesthetic and medical spa clinic located in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
We provide a range of aesthetic, facial, body, and wellness treatments, including injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, and IV therapy.
All medical treatments are subject to an individual assessment by our medical practitioner to determine their suitability for each client.
Ponsarin Clinic reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment when it is considered medically inappropriate or when proceeding may compromise the client's health or safety.
Our services are provided in accordance with applicable Thai laws and regulations.
2. Appointments & Reservations
Appointments can be requested through our official communication channels, including WhatsApp, LINE, email, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct Message, and WeChat.
All appointments are subject to availability.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after the client has received confirmation from Ponsarin Clinic.
Submitting an appointment request or contacting the clinic does not automatically guarantee a reservation.
We kindly ask clients to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment session or the need to reschedule, depending on the availability of our medical practitioner and treatment rooms.
If you anticipate arriving late, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Deposits & Payments
Ponsarin Clinic may require a deposit to secure certain appointments.
Deposit requirements and amounts will be communicated to clients before their booking is confirmed.
Where a deposit is required, the appointment may remain unconfirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by the clinic.
Any deposit paid will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled treatment.
The remaining balance is payable at the clinic unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to clients at the time of booking or payment.
All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that travel plans and personal circumstances may change.
To help us accommodate all clients and manage our appointment schedule efficiently, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellation or Rescheduling with at Least 24 Hours' Notice
Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice may reschedule their appointments, subject to availability.
Where a deposit has been paid, it may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Late Cancellation & No-Show
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or where a client fails to attend without prior notice, the booking deposit may be forfeited, subject to the terms communicated before payment and applicable law.
Any applicable deposit forfeiture will be limited to the amount paid as a booking deposit.
Cancellation by Ponsarin Clinic
If the clinic is unable to accommodate a confirmed appointment, we will contact the client as soon as reasonably possible.
Clients may choose to reschedule their appointment or receive a refund of the deposit paid for the affected booking.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
5. Medical Consultation & Treatment Eligibility
The health, safety, and individual needs of our clients are central to our treatment approach.
A medical consultation may be required before certain aesthetic or medical procedures.
Our standard medical consultation fee is 700 THB.
The consultation fee applies to all consultations and is fully redeemable toward any treatment or product purchased following the consultation.
If no treatment or product is purchased, the consultation fee remains payable.
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current medications, allergies, existing medical conditions, and any other information relevant to their treatment.
Certain treatments may be unsuitable for individuals with specific medical conditions or other contraindications.
Ponsarin Clinic reserves the right to decline, modify, or postpone a treatment when medically necessary.
6. Treatment Results & Expectations
At Ponsarin Clinic, treatments are selected and designed according to each client's individual needs, concerns, and clinical assessment.
Treatment outcomes may vary depending on several factors, including skin condition, age, lifestyle, medical history, individual biological response, and adherence to recommended aftercare.
No specific aesthetic or medical outcome can be guaranteed.
The results shown in photographs, treatment descriptions, or other promotional materials are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of individual results.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions or ongoing maintenance to achieve or maintain the desired outcome.
Our medical practitioner will discuss realistic expectations and suitable treatment options during the consultation.
7. Treatment Risks, Consent & Aftercare
Certain aesthetic and medical treatments may involve temporary side effects, recovery periods, or other potential risks.
Depending on the procedure, these may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, or other treatment-specific reactions.
Before undergoing a medical procedure, clients will be informed of relevant treatment considerations, potential risks, and recommended aftercare.
Clients may be required to complete a medical history form and provide informed consent before treatment.
Clients are responsible for following the aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
If an unexpected reaction or concern occurs following treatment, clients are encouraged to contact Ponsarin Clinic promptly.
Clients experiencing severe or urgent symptoms should seek immediate medical attention.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits the clinic's responsibility where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Treatment Changes & Refund Policy
We encourage clients to carefully consider their treatment selection before making payment.
Changes to Prepaid Treatments
Clients who have paid for a treatment may request to change to another available treatment of equal or greater value, subject to medical suitability and the clinic's approval.
If the replacement treatment is more expensive, the client will be required to pay the price difference before receiving the treatment.
Treatment changes are subject to availability and any applicable conditions communicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds
As a general policy, payments for confirmed treatment purchases are not refundable solely because a client changes their mind, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If our medical practitioner determines that a prepaid treatment cannot be safely or appropriately performed, the client may choose an alternative suitable treatment or request a refund for the treatment that cannot be provided.
Refunds will also be provided in other circumstances where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
For eligible refunds, the clinic will communicate the applicable refund process and timeframe.
Nothing in this policy restricts a client's statutory rights.
9. Pricing & Promotions
All treatment prices displayed on our website are quoted in Thai Baht (THB).
Prices may vary depending on the treatment area, product selection, treatment requirements, and individual medical assessment.
Where a treatment requires a personalised quotation, the final price will be communicated before the client proceeds.
Ponsarin Clinic may introduce or modify treatment prices, promotional offers, and service packages from time to time.
Any confirmed purchase will remain subject to the pricing and conditions agreed upon at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the client or required by law.
Promotional offers are subject to their stated validity periods and eligibility requirements.
Unless otherwise specified, promotional discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or membership privileges.
10. Membership Terms & Conditions
Ponsarin Clinic offers an annual membership program with exclusive privileges and benefits.
Membership Fee & Validity
The annual membership fee is 1,000 THB.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The membership fee is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to exclusive discounts, selected promotional offers, and other privileges as communicated by Ponsarin Clinic.
Membership benefits are available exclusively to the registered member and cannot be transferred to another person.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly stated.
Ponsarin Clinic may update membership benefits with prior notice, subject to applicable law and the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

11. Personal Information & Privacy
Ponsarin Clinic respects the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
We may collect personal information, including contact details, appointment information, medical history, and other information necessary to provide our services.
